This is the day you’ll remember forever. After an early breakfast, you'll head back to the park for your gorilla trekking briefing. Then, you and your small group will set off into the wilderness. The trek can be challenging but is immensely rewarding, taking you through thick foliage and up steep paths. Nothing can prepare you for the moment you first see a Mountain Gorilla—the sheer size, the intelligent gaze, the gentle family dynamics. That privileged hour with them is truly humbling.
